Your journey begins in Rome and concludes in Paris, with carefully planned touring and accommodation throughout.

Itinerary

Day 1 ARRIVAL IN ROME — WELCOME TO ITALY

Welcome to Rome, the Eternal City! Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, you will have some free time to settle in and relax. Information about the tour and scheduled activities will be available at the hotel reception, and your tour guide will meet you at the designated time. In the evening, enjoy an introductory outing to Via Cavour, a lively area offering a wide selection of Italian, Indian, Chinese and international restaurants.

Day 2 ROME — THE ETERNAL CITY & VATICAN CITY

After breakfast, discover the highlights of Rome on a three-hour guided tour combining a walking tour through Imperial Rome with a panoramic bus ride. Along the way, admire some of the city's most important historic landmarks, including: Arch of Constantine Exterior of the Colosseum Imperial Forums Circus Maximus Baths of Caracalla Basilica of Saint Mary Major Pyramid of Cestius Castel Sant’Angelo The tour concludes in Vatican City at approximately 11:00 a.m. Your guide will offer an optional visit to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel, allowing you to explore some of the world's most celebrated collections of art and history. Later in the day, enjoy a transfer to Trastevere, one of Rome's most atmospheric neighborhoods, known for its charming streets, restaurants and lively atmosphere. Return to the hotel is expected at approximately 8:30 p.m.

Day 3 ROME – FLORENCE — THE CRADLE OF THE RENAISSANCE

Today, leave Rome and travel north towards Florence, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way. Upon arrival, head directly to Piazzale Michelangelo, one of the city's most spectacular viewpoints, offering breathtaking panoramic views across Florence. Continue towards the historic center, where you will have time for lunch before joining a guided walking tour with a local expert. Discover famous landmarks including: Ponte Vecchio Florence Cathedral — the Duomo Piazza della Signoria Florence is often described as an open-air museum, and today's walking tour allows you to experience its remarkable history and architecture. After the tour, enjoy free time to explore Florence independently before choosing from the city's many local and international dining options.

Day 4 FLORENCE – VENICE — THE CITY OF CANALS

Depart Florence and travel across the scenic Apennine Mountains towards Venice. Upon arrival in Venice, take a boat across the Giudecca Canal to the historic Island of Venice. Together with a local guide, visit the magnificent St. Mark's Square, one of Venice's most iconic landmarks. Continue to the Murano Glass Factory, where you will discover the fascinating traditional techniques used to create Venice's famous glass. Afterwards, enjoy free time to explore Venice at your own pace. Accommodation will be in the Mestre district.

Day 5 VENICE – INNSBRUCK – ZURICH FROM ITALY TO THE SWISS ALPS

Today, leave Venice and travel towards Austria. Upon arrival in Innsbruck, enjoy some free time to explore the historic town center and have lunch. Continue through the spectacular Tyrolean landscapes as you cross into Switzerland. Arrive in Zurich, Switzerland's largest city, later in the day.

Day 6 ZURICH – GRINDELWALD – LUCERNE – ZURICH A DAY IN THE SWISS ALPS

Today, experience some of Switzerland's most spectacular mountain scenery. Travel through the Interlaken region, surrounded by dramatic mountains and pristine alpine lakes. Your first stop is Grindelwald, where you will have time for a coffee before taking the cable car up the mountain. At Grindelwald First, enjoy the spectacular alpine surroundings and walk along a winding mountain path leading to a suspended bridge. For those who are adventurous, crossing the bridge offers impressive views of the surrounding glaciers. Enjoy lunch in the mountains, included in the tour, before descending and continuing to Lucerne. Spend some time exploring this beautiful Swiss city and enjoying its charming atmosphere before returning to Zurich. Optional Mount Titlis Excursion Your guide may offer an optional full-day excursion to Mount Titlis. After some free time in Lucerne, travel by rotating cable car to the summit, located at more than 3,000 metres above sea level, for spectacular views of the glacier and the Swiss Alps.

Day 7 ZURICH – STRASBOURG – PARIS SWITZERLAND TO FRANCE

Depart Zurich and travel towards the French region of Alsace. Visit Strasbourg, the region's capital and a fascinating city where French and German influences meet. Enjoy free time to explore the city and experience its unique character before continuing your journey to Paris. Arrive in the French capital in the evening.

Day 8 PARIS — VERSAILLES, MONTMARTRE & CITY TOUR

Today, discover more of the history and character of France. Visit the magnificent Palace of Versailles, renowned for its impressive architecture and beautiful gardens. Admission to the Palace of Versailles is not included. Return to Paris and visit Montmartre, the famous bohemian neighborhood historically associated with artists, painters and cabarets. Continue with a panoramic guided city tour of Paris, showcasing the city's grand avenues and iconic monuments. Return to the hotel after the tour.

Day 9 PARIS — EIFFEL TOWER & SEINE RIVER CRUISE

Begin your day in central Paris with a visit to the world-famous Eiffel Tower. Your included ticket provides access to the second floor, where you can enjoy impressive views across the French capital. Afterwards, enjoy a relaxing approximately 1 hour and 15-minute cruise along the Seine River, offering a different perspective of Paris and its iconic landmarks. The afternoon is free for you to explore Paris at your own pace. Please note: If waiting times at the Eiffel Tower are particularly long, the visit may be rescheduled to another suitable time. Return transportation to the hotel after the free afternoon is not included.

Day 10 DEPARTURE FROM PARIS

After breakfast, your European journey comes to an end. Take with you wonderful memories of the historic cities of Italy, the Alpine landscapes of Austria and Switzerland, and the timeless beauty of Paris.
